Mingguang Keytec New Material Co., Ltd, a brand-new environmental production base under Keyteccolors, is the benchmark of intelligent factories. Located at Anhui Mingguang Green Paint Industrial Park, the facility is close to the coating industry cluster, where Keyteccolors can efficiently expand its service network to cover the market of East China. The Mingguang factory puts the latest integrated production lines (with central control and automatical functions) into use, introduces the MES system, and connects all equipment through ERP (software) and DCS (automatic control system). With over 120 efficient grinding equipment and 18 fully automatic production lines, the Mingguang factory has achieved a leading position in the global market with its exceptional equipment scale and production capacity.
New Production Layout: specific areas for feeding, dispersing, grinding, and packaging are orderly divided. Bar code management is applied to multiple internal processes, including material introduction, production control, and product delivery. With automation to cover the whole process (from feeding, grinding, packaging to mixing), the Mingguang factory makes digital, intelligent production possible.

Yingde Keytec Pigment Technology Co., Ltd is an environmental, intelligent production base invested heavily by Keyteccolors. Located at Qingyuan Overseas Chinese Industrial Park, the facility is equipped with over 80 sets of efficient grinding machines, coupled with systems like the Auxiliary Vacuum Defoaming System, Chilled Water System, Pure Water System, Air Compressor System, Automatic Powder Feeding System, and Sewage Treatment System. With a maximum output of 12 tons, the Yingde factory is capable of operating around the clock without interruption.
